Always keep in mind that if you can’t find these specific cheeses, you may be able to do so online. If not, don’t hesitate to talk to your cheesemonger about the possibility of bringing them in. The cheese retailers I know are always open to hearing from their customers. Besides, it’s possible they haven’t heard of the cheese, so bringing it to their attention can bring great results for you and for them.
